Berkeley
Hall is an 860-acre, private golf club community on the Okatie
River, approximately seven miles west of Hilton Head Island. Two
Tom Fazio golf courses have been completed for this
neighborhood, without interior streets or homesites to interrupt
the golf experience. A 30-acre Golf Learning Center, also
designed by Fazio, offers one of the finest practice facilities
of any American private club. A clubhouse, a health and fitness
center with exercise equipment and personal trainers, indoor and
outdoor pools, and tennis courts will provide residents all the
amenities expected of a private club community. Four hundred
homesites are planned with golf, river, marsh, and forest views.
